We ship across Australia. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

FAQ

How should I store my green tea?

Keep your tea in an airtight container, away from light, moisture and strong odours. Unopened bags can be refrigerated, but let them reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation.

How long does the tea stay fresh?

Each product has a best-before date on the packaging. Generally, our teas stay fresh for 8 to 12 months from production when stored properly.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Australia only. For international enquiries, please contact us.
